The application, designed to acquire and organize the information collected by users by connecting a database of failure processes to the network, is able to contribute to the optimization of maintenance planning processes.The aim is to improve infrastructures and prevent any breakdowns in order to offer a better, safe and efficient urban environment, thanks to the contribution of citizens.The application is simple and intuitive, once logged in it will be sufficient to take a photo of the infrastructure, which is the subject of the report, indicate the place and enter a brief description to facilitate the work of the technicians who will take care of the maintenance.
